German desert: Grießbrei
Almond semolina severed with fruit
INGREDIENTS:
- 500ml almond milk
- 6tbsp of semolina made from durum wheat (Hartweizengrieß)
- 2tbsp of sugar
- Fruit of your liking
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook the almond milk in a pot
- Mix the dry semolina with the sugar
- As it starts to boil add the semolina and sugar and immediately whisk it well.
- Whisk fir about 3 minutes while it is cooking.
- Let it cool down and serve with fruit!
